Mr. Rasul Bux Phulpoto joins in the elite of top management of Pakistan Steel as new Director Administration and Indigenisation. He is a qualified and very experienced officer of BS-21 grade belonging to Provincial Secretarial Service having experience of over three decades. To his credit he has multiple training in Administration and Public Sector Management. He travelled extensively for training and cross cultural programmes across the globe. Besides serving in prominent capacities at Provincial level, he also rendered his services to Federal Government in areas of Defense, Defense Production, Railways, Industries, Commerce, Local Government Rural Development, Science and Technology, Housing & Works, Health, Special Education and Social works.
As far as his service to provincial government is concerned, he was entrusted with the duties of following portfolios:

• Additional Secretary (Development) Planning & Development, Govt. of Punjab.

• Additional Secretary (Population Welfare Department) Govt. of Sindh.

• Project Director Asian Development Bank.

• Secretary  to Government of Sindh, Labour, Transport, Industries, Commerce and Public Health Engineering Department.
  Mr. Rasul Bux Phulpoto has the honour to be Chairman and Member of Board in various Autonomous Bodies viz:
  
  Chairman- Board of Directors, Sindh Industrial Trading Estate, Sindh Workers Welfare Board, Appellate Committee Sindh Employees Social Security Institution
  
  Member- Finance Committee EOBI, Investment Committee EOBI, Board of Trustees-EOBI, Governing Body- Workers Welfare Fund- Islamabad, Equity Participation Fund- Islamabad.
