PAKISTAN STEEL invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified firms whose provided their Expression of Interest (E.O.I) against advertisement, dated 22.08.2010 for the works of “ Design Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Trial Run of Desulphurization Plant on Turnkey Basis at Pakistan Steel Bin Qasim”,
