Pakistan Steel invites bids  for the disposal of 175 Nos. Surplus/ Off  Road transport vehicles like (different types vehicles) Suzuki Sedan Car,Suzuki Mehran Car, Suzuki Van, Suzuki Pickup, Suzuki Khyber car, Kia Pickup, Toyota Corolla Car, Suzuki Jeep, Toyota Pickup, Bedford Water Tanker, Honda CD-70 Motor cycle, Pak Hero Motor Cycle, Toyota Ambulance, Master Fire Tanker, Isuzu Truck, Mazda Truck, Hino Truck, Master Truck, Zeel Road Wash, Hino Coaster, Mercedes Benz Bus, Hino Bus, Isuzu Bus, Daewoo Bus, are parked at TPT site Yard (CB) for sale on “As Is Where Is Basis”.

 

Interested parties may submit their bids through the official    E-PADS website on or before 10:00 hours on 27-04-2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 hours.

2.         Only bidders registered with Sales Tax and NTN are eligible to participate by Uploading of Sales Tax Registration Certificate and NTN Certificate on EPADS.

3.         Pakistan Steel reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

All bidders are advised to visit the E-PADS website to offer their bids.

Terms & Conditions

1. Vehicles will be sold on “as is where is basis”.
2. The bidder(s) having Sales Tax Registration & NTN will be eligible to participate in tender (Both certificates are mandatory to upload on EPADS website for participation).
3. The unit rate and total amount without tax should be properly filled in the column provide against each in figures & words.
4. There should be No negotiation with the bidder having submitted the highest evaluated bid or with any other bidder.
5. The interested parties must inspect physically material/vehicles in four working days (Monday to Thursday) between 0900 hours to 1500 hours. The parties may contact officials of (Stores) at SSY, Bin Qasim Karachi, on Cell No. 0300-2557006 / 0300-2131447 / 0333-2745259
6. The bid should be submitted on E-pads on before 27.04.2026 at 10:00 hours which will be opened at 11:30 hours by the tender opening committee on same day. If for any reason, offices are closed on tender opening then tender will be opened on next working day.
7. Each tender should be accompanied by a Bank draft/ Pay order equivalent to 5% of amount in favour of Pakistan Steel Mill as Earnest Money (the earnest money pay order is mandatory to upload on EPAD website). Earnest Money of successful bidders will be refunded after taking over of possession of the vehicles. The earnest money payorder in original should be submitted At SSY Stores Department before tender opening, Pakistan Steel, Bin Qasim, Karachi and the Bid offer received without earnest money or with insufficient earnest money are liable to be rejected.
8. Govt. Taxes in force shall be paid separately i.e 10% income tax apart of bid offer/price. The successful bidder will deposit full amount of the bid plus taxes within 07 working days after issuance of letter of acceptance.
9. A delivery period of 20 working days will be allowed after issuance of delivery order. If vehicles not lifted within the stipulated period floor charges @ Rs. 2% per day per thousand will be imposed.

10.     In case sold vehicles are not taken over within 20 days from the date of issuance of delivery order, the sold vehicles may be confiscated without any further notice at the risk of the bidder without prejudice to the claim of Pakistan Steel for the recovery of its dues + loss (if any).

 

11.     The bid should be valid upto 90 days after opening of tender.

12.     Tender notice and bid evaluation report will be available on PSM website.

13.     Pakistan Steel reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason thereof.

14.     After opening of tender no bidder shall be permitted to change the substance of the bid or the quoted price and other major terms and conditions of the offer however if considered necessary Pakistan Steel may seek clarification from the bidder of any aspect of the bid without any commitment or engagement on their part.

15.   Earnest money so deposited will be returned to unsuccessful bidder(s) after finalization of report of tender from tender opening committee or expiry of validity of offer(s) whichever is earliest. However in case of successful bidder(s), the earnest money will be returned after taking over / removal of the vehicles the bidder(s) from the PSM premises.

16.   The successful bidder(s) will arrange to take away the said vehicles using machinery / equipment / labourer(s) at their own cost. Permission of such machinery / equipment and labourer(s) to enter Pakistan Steel premises will be upon written request from the bidder with Stores Department and subsequent permission from Security Department as well.
