Applications are invited from a highly competent, self-initiating
and well groomed person for appointment against the post of
Chief Human Resource (PSMC-III) on contract
basis, initially for a period of two years, extendable with
mutual consent, fulfilling the following criteria.
Candidate should ideally have:-
• Master Degree from a recognized institution.
However M.B.A. (HR) / Law Graduate would be given preference.
• At least 15-20 years experience in
the field of personnel administration & management.
• Be in the age group of 50 - 55 years.
• Well conversant with HR Strategy, Modern
Management Practices, labour law and other relevant government
rules.
• Having excellent communication skill
and possess strong leadership and intrapersonal skills.
• Able to maintain excellent working
relations and have good negotiation skill.
Salary Package
• Suitable package will be offered which
can be negotiated in the interview based on the qualification,
experience and professional competence.

latest by 22 nd August, 2011 along-with its credential, attested
copies of Degrees, Certificates, Mark Sheets, Domicile, NIC,
