Limited, a company incorporated under the
Companies Ordinance, 1984 having its registered
office at Bin Qasim, Karachi (hereinafter
referred to as the “Buyer“) of
the 1st Part.

WHEREAS the Seller is the authorized Partner
of Mining Lease holder of _______________vide
Mining Lease No. _______________________________
dated ____________ for mining and sale of
Local IRON ORE LUMP in ____________ area,
District _________ Baluchistan
WHEREAS the Seller has agreed
to Sell and the Buyer has agreed to purchase
_________ MTN (+15%) Local IRON ORE LUMP on
the terms and conditions as set out in this
Contract. The Supply will be made by the supplier
as soon as possible before _______________.
2. PRICE
2.1. The pricing of Local Iron
Ore Lump mentioned above will be based on
pro-rata (i.e. on per Fe content) and FOR
basis including the risks and costs at the
sellers end with prevailing GST, taxes, duties
& Transportation charges, as per following
slabs,
i. Rs 170/- Per Iron content for 60% and above.
ii. Rs 155/- Per Iron content for 58% to 59.99%.
iii. Rs 140/- Per Iron content for 55% to 57.99%.
iv. Rs 125/- Per Iron content for 50% to 54.99%.
2.2. The prices will be valid
till the completion of the contract. Sampling
of iron ore will be worked out to establish
the quality for payment according to the slab
falling in.
2.3. Rs.500 per MTN will be
paid for supplying material as per Pakistan
Steel Standard Specifications for Lump, however,
in case of variation in chemistry or size
from allowable limit, penalty will be imposed
as per clause- 4 of Annexure-A.
3. CONTRACT QUANTITY
/ DELIVERY PERIOD:
3.1 Seller hereby agrees to
sell and Buyer agrees to purchase ________
MT (+15%) LOCAL IRON ORE LUMP having Mining
Lease No _______________________ dated ___________
for mining and sale of local iron ore lump
to Pakistan Steel from _________ Distt.__________.
3.2 The period of this contract will be from
____________ to ___________. Supplies will
be commenced within Ten (10) days from the
date of signing of the contract.
3.3 Seller will intimate by fax upon dispatch
of each consignment about truck number(s)
and other relevant information including loading
analyses if any and expected date of arrival
at PAKISTAN STEEL.
3.4 The Seller shall deliver LOCAL IRON ORE
LUMP as per schedule to the Buyer by Rail/
trucks at the delivery point. Unloading of
material at PAKISTAN STEEL designated site
/ location, will be Seller’s responsibility
4. NOTICES
4.1 A notice demand, consent
or other communication under this contract
is only effective if it is in writing and
signed and shall be given at such addresses
as the Parties shall specify from time to
time by written notice. If sent by registered
mail it is taken to have been received on
the fifth (5th) business day after which it
is posted. If sent by fax, is taken to have
been received when the addressee actually
receives it in full and legible form, followed
by original through courier service.
4.2 Any Notice hereunder shall

4.3 Any party may change its
address by giving Seven days written notice
to other Party.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Contract
has been duly executed by each party on the
date first appearing hereinabove. The annexure-A
(specifications, terms and conditions) is
an integral part of this agreement.
