2. Vehicles and
Tyres are available at Transport yard (HWT)
Steel Town and at Kashana Secretariat Gulshan-e-Hadeed
Ph. I and can be inspected on working days (Monday
to Friday) from 09:00 AM to 04: 00 PM.
3. Tender documents and Terms
& conditions may be obtained against pay
order of Rs. 100/- (Non-Refundable) on working
days before or up to 15-09-2009 from I/c Store
& Logistics, Kashana, Gulshan-e-Hadeed Ph-I
(HWT).
4. Bids/offers duly signed
in sealed envelope should be delivered to Manager,
Hadeed Welfare Trust Kashana Secretariat, Gulshan-e-Hadeed
Ph.I, Bin Qasim, Karachi by
16-09-2009
up to 11:00 AM. The bids/offers will be opened
at 11:30 AM on the same day & Date in the
presence of bidders in the office of Manager
(HWT). Bids/ offers received after the above
deadline will not be accepted.
5. The bid(s) /offer(s) should
be accompanied with pay order, equivalent to
10% of bid Amount of each vehicle and Tyres
(Lot) as “Earnest Money” which will
be returned/refund to the unsuccessful bidders.
Bid (s) received with out Earnest Money will
not be accepted.
6. All the dues, Govt. Taxes,
transfer and Registration fee etc will be paid/borne
by the successful bidder (s) themselves.
7. Successful bidder will be
responsible to pay/deposit the full/total offered
/bid price/Amount of vehicle(s) /Tyre(s) within
Seven (07) days after receipt of letter of Acceptance,
failing which offer/bid shall be cancelled and
the “Earnest Money” will be forfeited
in favour of Hadeed Welfare Trust.
8. Hadeed Welfare Trust reserve
the right to accept or reject any or all the
bids/offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
