Specialized Machinery Complex (SMC-Lahore) a department of Pakistan Steel at Lahore invites sealed quotations for procurement of bearing from Authorized dealers SKF/ FAG / NTN / Nachi having registration with the sales tax and income tax departments. Bids should be submitted on the prescribed form, which can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.200/- as bidding documents fee on any working day except Saturday & Sunday latest by 17:00 hrs dated 20-01-2012.

All the tenders must be delivered to office of undersigned on or before 11:00 hrs. on 10-02-2012. Tenders will be opened on the same day / date at 11:30 hrs. in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who like to attend.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Fill up your offer on the requisite tender form and submit it in sealed cover by 11:00 AM on 22-04-2011, Tenders will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders / representatives.

2. Earnest money of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty thousand only) will be required in favour of Pakistan steel Mill Corporation in shape of Pay order / demand draft.

3. No offer will be accepted without earnest money.

4. Earnest money in the form of cheque / cash will not be accepted.

5. Earnest money of unsuccessful firms will be returned.

6. The letter of award will be issued to successful bidders for the lifting of material with in the 10 working days otherwise their earnest money will be forfeited.

7. All the transactions will be made through advance payment during working hours.

8. Department reserve the right to accept or reject the offers without assigning any reason.

9. Sales tax / Income Tax will be admissible as per rules.
